18/08/2025 - EU Batteries Regulation: All authorised individual batteries and batteries contained in a product offered for sale in the EU must be CE marked and have a person responsible for the EU. Producers of individually sold batteries and batteries contained in a product must prove their compliance to online marketplaces, e.g. Amazon, by providing a registration number before 18 August 2025.
