GPSR comes into force on Friday

This Friday, the GPSR regulation on general product safety comes into force. You can find information and solutions here.

This Friday, 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) comes into force. For several weeks now, sellers have been asked by the major online marketplaces to provide compliance information, such as "GPSR warnings and safety information" (Amazon) or "product safety information" and "safety information" (ebay) for the offer for which there is a risk of refusal. Lawyers also see the GPSR as a further warning risk (trade-e-bility reported: GPSR warning possible).

The GPSR is causing a lot of uncertainty, especially among online sellers. trade-e-bility and take-e-way therefore invite all customers and sellers to our free GPSR Live Webinar on 13 December 2024 at 10 a.m. Register now here:

https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/1508248921594801504

The webinar will cover the most important changes, the labelling check, the risk analysis and the EU Responsible Person. This will be followed by a question and answer session. In order to be able to present the topics to our domestic and foreign customers alike, the webinar will be held in English. You are therefore welcome to recommend it to your foreign partners and suppliers.

trade-e-bility offers GPSR solutions and will be happy to answer your questions on +49/40/750687-300 or beratung@trade-e-bility.de.
