UKCA and CE Marking Service

Labelling, Declaration of Conformity and Responsible Person for non-food products

For many products, CE labelling is a prerequisite for placing them on the market and legally compliant sale within the European Economic Area. UKCA labelling, on the other hand, applies to the UK.

We support producers, importers and sellers in making their non-food products CE and UKCA compliant. With trade-e-bility at your side, compliance with legal requirements is simple and safe.

CE marking

The CE marking (Conformité Européenne) is a conformity mark that shows that a product fulfils the requirements of EU directives and regulations.

It enables the free movement of goods within the European Economic Area and indicates that the product is safe and suitable for its intended purpose.

UKCA marking

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) mark is a conformity mark that was introduced after Brexit. It indicates that a product complies with British regulations and will replace the CE marking for the British market in the future.

Despite the unilateral extension of the recognition of the CE Declaration of Conformity in the UK, many retailers require their foreign producers to submit a UKCA Declaration of Conformity.
